  • CIS refund: £249, paid when you approve the return with the refund figure shown; £149 if no refund is due.
  • CIS Year: refund plus four quarterly updates from April 2027, £349, paid when you approve the return.
  • Landlords: £399 a year, or £69 a month with bookkeeping.
  • Employers: holiday-pay snapshot £295.
